With more than 13 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, Misty specializes in personal lines, bringing deep expertise across sales, service, training, and full-cycle account management. She has successfully managed large books of business “from cradle to grave,” handling everything from new business acquisition to long-term retention with a consistent focus on trust, clarity, and client confidence.
Misty earned her Associate of Arts degree from TCC in 2009. Before her insurance career, she spent 12 years operating a home preschool, an experience that fostered her natural strengths in communication, guidance, and support—qualities that continue to shape her client relationships today.
Outside of work, Misty prioritizes time with her two grandsons and her blended family of six adult children. She has enjoyed creative pursuits such as photography and drumming in local bands, and she loves cooking, sharing great food, and making lasting memories with the people she cares about most. |
